a) Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros (€), unless stated otherwise.

Probativa does not store full payment card details.
c) Taxes

Digital Products & Delivery
- Purchased software licenses are delivered electronically
- Access is typically provided immediately or shortly after payment confirmation
- Delivery times may vary depending on technical or operational factors
Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided once access or delivery has occurred.
By completing a purchase of digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins, in accordance with EU consumer law.
However, refunds may be granted where permitted by law in cases of:
- Technical failure preventing product use
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
For SaaS subscriptions (when applicable), cancellation terms will be clearly communicated at the time of subscription.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials provided by Probativa are the exclusive property of Probativa or its licensors.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the applicable license terms.
Use of Probativa software is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA), which forms part of these Terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or redistribute the software
- Share licenses or product keys
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the software for unlawful purposes
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use our services for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise our systems
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Misuse payment systems or attempt chargeback fraud
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Probativa shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or technical issues beyond our reasonable control
Probativa’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Our services and software are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

- The software will be error-free
- The service will be uninterrupted
- The software will meet all specific user requirements
Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the services ends and you must stop using any affected services or software, subject to any surviving license rights.
