Export TXT, PDF, CSV, and JSON Reports

Applies to: TXT in all editions; PDF, CSV, and JSON in Pro and Enterprise

Select the documents

Report export uses the documents currently checked in the PDF list. At least one PDF must be selected.

Before export, review whether each selected document has the analysis, sanitization, and verification state required by the organization’s evidence procedure.

Choose a report format

Use the Reports tab and select:

  • TXT Report for a plain-text human-readable record;
  • PDF Report for a formatted report;
  • CSV Report for tabular records;
  • JSON Report for structured data.

Standard can export TXT only. Pro and Enterprise can export all four formats.

Default filename

PDFSanitize proposes a timestamped filename in the form:

PDFSanitize-Report_YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.ext

Choose an approved destination and filename before saving.
