Result information
DriveErase records results for each selected device, including the available device identity, selected settings, timestamps, erasure status, verification information, health information, messages, and duration.
The exact fields depend on the method and assessment. A firmware operation, overwrite profile, SMART test, and complete media scan produce different evidence.
Device inventory export
A device inventory lists the storage devices detected at the time of export. It can include model, serial, capacity, media, bus, disk path, and system-disk status.
This is not an erasure report. It records detection only and should not be used as proof that a device was sanitized.
Normal operation reports
Pro, Enterprise, and Audit can export operation results in:
- TXT;
- PDF;
- CSV;
- JSON.
These reports support human review, operational records, spreadsheet analysis, and structured integration.
Certified data sanitization report
Enterprise and Audit can generate a certified PDF report containing expanded system, execution-environment, device, technique, evidence, compliance, health, and attestation information.
The term certified report identifies this enhanced DriveErase report format. It does not mean that Probativa or another external body has certified the organization, operator, asset, disposal provider, or legal compliance of the entire process.
Audit reports
Audit includes all Enterprise reporting and adds:
- Digital signing of reports;
- Report validation and management.
The digital signature protects the report’s integrity and supports origin validation. The SaaS workflow allows authorized users to validate and manage signed report records centrally.
