TXT report
TXT reporting is available in every edition. It provides a portable, human-readable record containing report metadata and per-document analysis, sanitization, hashes when present, warnings, and verification information.
Professional reports
Pro and Enterprise can also export:
- PDF for formatted human review and retention;
- CSV for tabular processing and import;
- JSON for structured automation and integration.
Certificate of Sanitization
Enterprise can generate a formal PDF Certificate of Sanitization covering the selected batch. Every selected document must have both a sanitization result and a verification result before the certificate can be created.
Selected-document scope
Report and certificate commands operate on the PDFs currently checked for inclusion. Confirm the selection immediately before export so unrelated or incomplete documents are not accidentally included in the evidence set.
Normal reports can describe documents in different workflow states. A report is not equivalent to a successful sanitization merely because it was exported; review each document’s analysis, sanitization, and verification status.
