Purpose
The DriveErase Audit SaaS service provides a managed location for validating and organizing digitally signed sanitization reports. It supports compliance and audit teams that need to retrieve report records without relying solely on local workstation storage.
Validation statuses
The service can identify whether the submitted report’s digital signature and content integrity validate. Treat an invalid, altered, unsupported, or unverifiable report as an exception requiring review.
A valid service result confirms the report’s signature state. It does not override an Incomplete, Error, Completed – Not Certified, failed verification, failed health, or non-compliant result recorded inside the report.
